More than 70 regional measurement and reporting efforts are underway across the United States, and the QASC performance measurement and reporting project surveyed 44 of these to gain insight about their efforts. Participants included a number of private and public, regional and non-regional health care quality organizations who are currently sponsoring initiatives to measure and report performance information publicly. Survey questions sought to elicit information on their lessons learned and best practices for organization sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and impact.
