Pamela French

Pamela French is Director, Global Benefits and Integration in Human Resources at The Boeing Company.  Pam is responsible for company-wide employee benefit strategies, policies, compliance, communications, as well as integration of pay and benefit issues in M&A transactions, international sites and labor negotiations.  She is also responsible for Boeing’s Shape the Market Strategy focused on impacting public policy, marketplace improvements and stakeholder engagement in the health care and retirement areas.  Prior to joining Boeing, Pam held positions as Director of Benefits for Arthur Andersen, a financial services company and a hospital organization.  In addition, she was a Principal with Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where she led client initiatives to address health care challenges and HR issues in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. 
 
Pam holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.  She also holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the joint program of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as the Certified Compensation Professional and Certified Benefits Professional designations from World at Work.  Pam also serves on the faculty for World at Work's professional designation programs, the AQA-HQA National Steering Committee and the EBRI Executive Committee.
